      Pros

      They know that prospecting is important.

      Cons

      They don't respect sacred prospecting time. There is minimal to no training. A lot of fluff and unnecessary meetings most of which are so the CEO can hear himself talk. They basically want you to get leads and they'll throw you away. The splits are also terrible. You need to sell at least 20 properties in order to squeak out a living.

      Dear Former Employee, we are truly sorry you feel this way. We provide a 4 hour block each day dedicated just to prospecting (new business development) and apologize if this wasn't enough time for you. Our 12 week training program ensures new employees are provided every tool for success. Our top agents make over $300,000 a year. If that's what you consider "squeaking out a living" then it seems we are not the right fit for you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

      HPREA has the organized processes, systems, scripts, experience, and manpower that will allow you to focus on the 20% of activities that make you money, rather than on the 80% of activities that don't. By being on this team, you will earn more money and have greater freedom than you would working on your own. If you do it all you will keep your business small and by working with the team....TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!

      Cons

      Lets face it real estate is a broken industry of part time agents in charge of people's largest asset. HPREA is very professional and works 25 hours a day 8 days a week to protect buyers/sellers largest asset. I wish there were more offices like High Performance Real Estate Advisors around the Carolinas.
