Pros

You have a team aspect, making deals happen left and right. The right support, you learn how real estate could not only be achievable but fun as well! I enjoy everyone on the team, seriously such a pleasure!

Cons

You have to want it for yourself, nobody will force you to work hard, you just have to do it because you want it.

Pros

They know that prospecting is important.

Cons

They don't respect sacred prospecting time. There is minimal to no training. A lot of fluff and unnecessary meetings most of which are so the CEO can hear himself talk. They basically want you to get leads and they'll throw you away. The splits are also terrible. You need to sell at least 20 properties in order to squeak out a living.

Dear Former Employee, we are truly sorry you feel this way. We provide a 4 hour block each day dedicated just to prospecting (new business development) and apologize if this wasn't enough time for you. Our 12 week training program ensures new employees are provided every tool for success. Our top agents make over $300,000 a year. If that's what you consider "squeaking out a living" then it seems we are not the right fit for you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
