Do Not Work Here - Isa High Performance Real Estate Advisors Employee Review

Pros

Learned great phone skills, scripts, and follow up

Cons

Not at all what I applied for. After passing the 60 day training period with flying colors I realized nothing was changing. I was still stuck in the ISA role with no promise of ever moving to the role I actually applied for. After earning the commissions I realized there was absolutely no way I was going to make anywhere near $60k as promised. Agents do not care about the clients. And Thomas Elrod is not a nice man. Please stay away from this company. I can't wait to see the snarky response I get to this post. Should tell you the type of people they are.

We are so sorry to hear that your experience working here was not what you had in mind. We have taken numerous steps to ensure that all new agents that join our team have clearer expectations of what they are being hired for. Real Estate can be a tricky business and can take time when you are first starting out. Numerous agents have received the 60k as promised goal, and had you stayed with HPREA for at least a year from graduating our training program, your financial goals would have been hit. We wish you the best of luck in your new career!

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We appreciate that you were a valued team member for 1-2 years and recognized our positive environment and supportive training system. We recognize that the in depth training and support program that we provide every employee and the hours dedicated to new business development can create a rigid work schedule and yet that's what sets us apart from our competitors and helps our employees create an Unbelievable Life!

Pros

They know that prospecting is important.

Cons

They don't respect sacred prospecting time. There is minimal to no training. A lot of fluff and unnecessary meetings most of which are so the CEO can hear himself talk. They basically want you to get leads and they'll throw you away. The splits are also terrible. You need to sell at least 20 properties in order to squeak out a living.

Dear Former Employee, we are truly sorry you feel this way. We provide a 4 hour block each day dedicated just to prospecting (new business development) and apologize if this wasn't enough time for you. Our 12 week training program ensures new employees are provided every tool for success. Our top agents make over $300,000 a year. If that's what you consider "squeaking out a living" then it seems we are not the right fit for you. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
