Pros

There is a good work life balance. the hybrid model lets you have space for personal life and also get work done. you can learn a lot here if you start at an entry level position. Some free activewear clothing, and a nice office.

Cons

Design managers and VP of Design are extreme micromanagers. Managers are very rude and mean, a lot of bad mouthing of other employees below them as though they are on the same level as them which is mind blowing as these managers are 35+ and associates/assistants are in their mid 20's. no work culture or gatherings. they dont pay over time so do not do more than you need to and expect a salary raise or bonus.... mediocre team spirit, and a lot of lying on growth.

Pros

Some creative freedom and ideation

Cons

I do not recommend working here. A traumatizing experience. Too much back and forth with design and then you end up working late to get it all done last minute. Sample room will say they have material but then send tons of emails to say they dont. Process is always changing. Buyers will direct you to design last minute. You can never get meetings because managers are too busy and you are not the priority until it’s too late and then rushed. Condescending managers. Favoritism. If ABG knew what was going on here they would not be happy.
