Management is very good .

Training needs to be put in the hands of better trainers. Ones who care and just not for the extra money.

I have worked for both, the public and private sector, and this company is by far the best employer I've worked for in my 25 years of being in the working world. High Grade is a large company with 300+ employees located throughout the state, but it still has the vibe of a small tight-knit company where the owners genuinely care about all of their employees and families. They offer competitive pay and benefits and it's a great work environment! I couldn't be happier!
