Pros
Great place to learn the world of insurance. Great group of peers to learn and grow from. Growing company that will be around for a long time. It might be becoming a large corporation but you really do feel like part of a family.
Cons
Not much encouragement to advance to new positions. Upper management holds too tightly to a strict set of requirements when it comes to becoming a sales producer. As long as you have the degree, your experience, drive and accomplishments mean little when it comes to consideration of promotions.
