      Despite of sales performance the company is good towards employees. No hate after resignation and good support after employee leaves the organisation.

      -Talented team -International exposure -If you are intelligent, independent and energetic, rapid promotion track -High prestige; great brand to put on your resume -Fun annual parties in Pondicherry -unbelievable product and aesthetic sense -Social values

      -Lots of work -Limited training, expected to jump in and learn by doing. Sink or swim mentality. -Hard to reach a decision-maker
