Most team leaders at great at Yell. They also let us enjoy holidays when it's possible.
Cons
Your job depends on your workload. I cannot count the times and the employees that were retrenched for this year alone. Low workload = retrenchment or transfer to s job you have no knowledge or interest in. They don't care how long you've been with them, how you perform, or if it's going to be Christmas soon, when they think they don't need you anymore, OUT YOU GO. Senior management is a pack of liars. They really don;t care about they're employees. It's really sad because most team leaders are really good at handling their teams, but they can only do so much. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. There are far more better places to go and employers who value their employees.
