Hibu One is turning into an AI dumping ground. Instead of investing in thoughtful site design or giving teams the time to build quality work, leadership is pushing mandatory overtime so rushed, half-baked sites can be shoved out the door. Customers hate the look and feel, but leadership only cares about propping up AI and shielding an abusive sales team. As soon as they can, they’ll cut the staff brought in through the merger and start charging clients for low-value AI output. Upper management seems to have tantrums like children at the people dying the work, indeed I suggest they need to focus on the outdated software and broken specs.
