Medical benefits are fairly inexpensive. Senior management is oblivious so workload can fluctuate based on ones level of motivation.
Cons
Senior management lacks knowledge of the business. To succeed you must be willing to turn a blind eye to shady treatment of customers and employees. The bonus potential is highly exaggerated and sales commission was recently cut by nearly 50%. Customers are often overcharged and lead times on new equipment are completely made up and typically 4+ months late. The parts department consistently ships the wrong parts. Lead times are up over 60% from 2020.
