Pros
- Good superiors like the head of the sales department - Stable employment - Good benefits (HMO upon regularization, 13th-month pay, paid holidays, paid 5 vacation and 5 sick leaves.
Cons
- Since there are only 15-20 employees including the owner, the appointment of designation is kinda messy because it will be based how nice is the owner to you to promote you to a certain position even when you're not that knowledgable - No knowledgable HR at all just the appointed one that acts like one - Pay structure is as good as it is but expects you to do more even when the products and services is not that good at all
