DON and Supervisors are outstanding Nurses as well as people. They are highly accessible and take the time to listen and help! Scheduler goes above and beyond to help you find a good match with clients.
Cons
Pay is terrible for the cost of living required in Hawaii. No matter how long you work for them you will not receive and increase in pay! After 3 years I was still making the exact same wage. I would not matter if I stayed for 10 years the pay does NOT I increase.
