      Excellent engineering opportunities, willing to work with conflicting school schedule.

      Benefits package requires attention, no retirement. Ultra heavy on the micro-management.

      Pros

      It's a paycheck but not much else.

      Cons

      Old outdated Machinery. Micro-managed. Bad attitudes from upper management. No pay raises. No bonuses. $25 gift card for Christmas. An accountant inherited the company from her dad and has know scientific background or knowledge of the business. The CFO has no people skills and runs the company by her purse string.

      One of the few companies doing thermoelectrics

      Cons

      The management is something. After the previous CEO (Elsner) moved on, the new management (And her crony) is something else! No vision and no knowledge!
