Pros
Back-office environment is decent for someone starting out. It’s not exceptional, but it’s not bad either based on my experience. As a fresh graduate, I was asked to wear multiple hats early on, which was challenging at first but helped build my resilience and flexibility. You also learn how to navigate corporate life fairly quickly.
Cons
Given the current economy, base pay is quite low, especially considering the six-day workweek. Leave credits are only granted after completing one year with the company, and even then the leave allocation is more or less 10-15 days if I recall correctly.
