      Peers are great to work with. Organization mission & vision for the intellectual and developmental disability community in Gwinnett county. Clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      Discrimination/Racism Senior & Mid-level management needs extreme improvement with managerial skills and leadership. Organizational Services are only available in Gwinnett County Salary SUCKS Morale - there is none! No form of work/life balance Does not cater to the worker-bees Selfish workforce

      Pros

      The individuals served are amazing to work with and co-workers are dedicated and caring.

      Cons

      The CEO does not care about employees and is often callous when dealing with people and lacks basic social skills. There is no transparency with pay due to disparities and hiring and promotion practices are not based on merit or competencies.
