Few team used to handle entire accounts and finance of each company what they have assigned which includes GST return TDS return PF PT return and payroll processing.. If you joined this kind of team you will get an excellent opportunity for learning.. After 1-2 year you will have complete core Finance knowledge.. Usually they will prefer the experienced candidates not fresher. If you're lucky and got best team lead their will be less work pressure. . almost every team have really good work life balance Saturday Sunday fixed week off
Cons
Few team have fund accounting where their is less scope of learning gst and payroll. Initial hike what they offer is very less and also it's below the market standards.
