Horrible Management - Office Assistant Hi-Craft Engineering Employee Review

Long hours sitting at the desk, HR is incompetent, VP uses intimidation to get work done. You never really know what you're going to do that day; could be on a machine, could be delivering parts, etc. Minumum wage pay (not worth the work) and very difficult to get raises.
