Pros
Extremely strong performance and growth, which presents a lot of opportunities for individuals through focus/coverage areas, mobility and promotion. Very meritocratic and generally there is a strong push to encourage diversity of thought. Generally very nice people, lower ego and not stuffy, which comes from a strong tone from the top and focus on culture.
Cons
High expectations and demanding - but that will always be necessary in any top performing PE fund
