no work balance - E-Commerce Specialist Heys Employee Review

I quickly realized there was absolutely no work balance. I got along with my manager at first but then near the end I didn’t get along with her. Too much micromanaging and felt like I was given too much work with no help. I also had to work with the warehouse team and it’s very poorly managed and communication at times felt like a joke. Very high turn over of employees.
