From engineering side everything was top-notch - technology stack - awesome people and powerful teams - complex and highly detailed product architecture

- contractors didn't get paid for the last two months - some of the employees didn't get paid too - unethical and unprofessional CEO - CEO lies a lot and gave unrealistic promises - some investigations via public internet resources gave the team questions about the actual source of funds
