Favoritism - Driver Hey High Employee Review

Good people, good environment, flexible schedule and understanding bosses. Everytime I've had a problem, they worked with me to get through it.

I have nothing to complain about.

This company has only been a year old and my experiences have been pleasant from day one. Run by sincere people who no only show kindness to all current and former employees. Since it is new, I didn’t expect any corporate structure or behavior - but everyone is professional and takes initiative to do good work. A daily work overview for a driver is getting greeted by an encouraging staff. Drivers are provided with change since cannabis is legally cash only - it’s understandable cash handling management is needed. Deliveries are assigned and set up for the drivers. We go on our routes, driver around the city, and interact with awesome customers that also are kind. The system is new but covered everything that is needed to get the work day done. Everything from formatted google sheets to point of sale systems. From my previous experience at another dispensary/delivery, it’s honestly a refreshing change to see that there are still honest people in the industry with goals to only do better for the customers and staff everyday.

I haven’t experienced any issues since I started working here. Maybe one would be some new hires with bad attitudes that came and left just as quick. The culture and community around the facility is respectful. Someone I doesn’t if with that vibe, they end up weeding themselves out.
