only take 16 months to hit top out pay 30.19, benefits are top notch. i actually like dupont scheduling with the 7 days off. ive been in 3 different jobs here and nothing was really taxing on the body and pretty easy work
Cons
people don't care about doing a good job, everyone paid the same even bad workers, works with bad attitudes. there is a good boys club you need to be in to get promoted. they promote bad leads. leads that no nothing about the line or job you're in. so you're passed up on a promo and have to train your own lead. if you're on a bad team day shifts are micromanaged by management and probably rightfully so.goes back to your team or coworkers don't care and do a bad job. a lot of high school style drama that's easy to stay out of if you keep your mouth shut and don't add in. not a lot of OT available. 12hrs can be long days if you're not busy. I guess we have a bad union. they never really do anything, and raises are supper small year after year.
