Cons
It was my major mistake when I joined hexaware. one of the hopeless company, where management hires employees for specific roles and once the need is over you will be thrown out of the company. If you are getting hired for BNPP account keep in mind that you are being hired for as a contractor for BNPP account only and there is no other project for you in hexaware . The day when you start asking for project change/ location change managers from hexaware who visits client location will try to avoid you. HR visits only twice in client premises once to explain the annual appraisal process and second to listen your concerns post your release of your so called increment letters. Concern are just listed and not resolved. False promises is the way of working of hexaware management and HR. If you are placed at client location then just forget about any help/concern resolution from Hexaware. Managers will come and visit client premises just to look out for opportunities to increase the employee strength at client location and they don't look serially at your problems. I really doubt how this company got CMMi level 5, they don't have any process / policy documents in place. When you ask why for questions, HR will reply saying it is as per policy, when you seek a policy document they will not have it in place. Annual appraisal process is vain. Evaluation period is Jan to dec , but process starts around april to may and you get letters in hand around sept, with increments which is of no use. There are no arrears provided. Ratings are not shared, feedback from client is not discussed. Online PMS system is just for namesake. Story doesn't ends here, even after your resignation, they will keep your salary on hold for 45 days. Even FnF and experience letter will not delivered to you even after 45 days after your separation. Officially they hold your salary and FNF amount for almost 90 days i,e. 3 months. Mailing to FnF and HR team is vain, you don't get any reply from them. No escalation matrix provided.
