      Pros

      1) When I first joined, colleagues are very nice. Then one by one decided to leave the company due to obvious reasons. 2) Company does not micromanage your methods. As long as you get the job done you're okay

      Cons

      1) High turnover rate 2) Long working hour- It says in the contract that the working hour is 9-6 PM. You will get in trouble if you come late in the morning but nobody cares when you are going home late. Going home sharp at 6PM is sometimes seen as low dedication to the company. 3) The human factors is not a priority. It is always business in the office. Too much pressure with unrealistic expectations sometimes

      Very ill-mannered colleagues Boss is really micromanaging Have to stay late hours Their accounts are a mess Culture of scolding your colleague and talking aggressively High staff turnover. People have even resigned after 1 day *THEY HAVE TAMPERED WITH THE REVIEWS* The directors are rating this company 5 stars. Of course you will. But this will hamper the real reviews.
