Pros

Nothing special to mention as most promises and work is sub par.

Cons

Deceptive Job Offers: Prospective employees who apply for software developer positions at Hexagon are enticed with alluring job descriptions that promise exciting and innovative work. However, once they join the company, they discover that the actual job responsibilities bear little resemblance to what was initially presented during the interview process. Temporary, Menial Tasks: New hires at Hexagon often find themselves stuck performing mundane, temporary tasks that have no relevance to software development. These tasks could include going into meetings that have no relevance except just to fulfill the need to control of upper management. The company conveniently omits any mention of the temporary nature of these assignments. False Long-Term Promises: Hexagon is known for making grandiose promises of long-term career prospects and growth opportunities during the hiring process. However, once the temporary tasks are completed, employees are abruptly let go without prior explanation or warning. Gaslighting Culture: Hexagon has cultivated a culture of gaslighting. When employees express concerns about the glaring disparity between their job roles and the initial promises made to them or voice their dissatisfaction with the work environment, they are met with blatant denial and manipulation. The company consistently undermines employees' perceptions and experiences. Toxic Colleagues: Colleagues at Hexagon frequently engage in backstabbing, undermining, and fostering a hostile atmosphere. Honest feedback is a rarity, as employees are more preoccupied with safeguarding their own positions than with nurturing a collaborative and supportive workplace. Excessive and Unproductive Meetings: Hexagon is infamous for its penchant for scheduling frequent, protracted, and unproductive meetings. Employees are expected to attend these meetings unquestioningly, regardless of whether they have work to complete or technical issues to resolve. Missing a meeting or encountering technical difficulties is met with unwarranted accusations of slacking off, even if the employee consistently delivers high-quality work. Hexagon is a company where the allure of a fulfilling software development career quickly transforms into a disillusioning ordeal. It's a place where dishonesty, manipulation, and a lack of transparency reign supreme, rendering it an extremely challenging workplace for anyone seeking authentic professional growth.
