Management is the problem - Administrative Hexagon Employee Review

Many of those who have been around for 25 or 30 years have made their way to management, despite lack of education or ability to lead others. This company also has a habit of hiring a lot of people when there is an increase in business, then laying off the new hires when business inevitably slows down. Pay is WAY below industry/area average.
