great oppertunity, many practice, good culture

low salary, low pay, low promotion

no pro's to consider. you don't grow enough.

Lack of respect in human resources. The project I was on was a project without organization. The architect in charge is an empiric. If you want to learn, improve, that's not enough. they will burn you. The developers have more than 2 jobs, and they don't like to work, when they are asked for help. in short it's a waste of time there.
