Pros

Exposure to real-world testing methodologies and bug-tracking tools has been a great career starter. The company recently hosted an AI Hackathon, which was a fantastic way to collaborate and experiment with new technologies outside of daily QA tasks. Beyond technical training, the Grammar Training sessions show a commitment to professional communication and well-rounded employee growth.

Cons

There is no dedicated canteen or cafeteria in the office, which makes lunch planning a bit of a challenge and adds to daily expenses.

I had the opportunity to learn and execute from the experts in the house. The aim to expand by using capital market software solutions has seen the light with triumph. Cheers to the Hexaview Team. Salesforce consulting service is helpful for growing the company with customized applications.

Pros

I like that the QA department is clearly divided into manual and automation tracks. It allows you to really master your specific area rather than being a "jack of all trades" who can't go deep into either. Since it’s Fintech, you aren't just testing UI; you’re learning complex financial logic. It makes the manual side much more analytical and the automation side more challenging. Even though teams are separate, there’s no "us vs. them" mentality. Collaboration is smooth, and the leadership is very approachable. Good internal movement. If you're in manual and want to move toward automation (or vice versa), the path is there if you put in the work.

Cons

The wealth management domain is no joke. Expect to spend a lot of time in documentation during your first few months. During release cycles, the pace is very fast across both teams. You need to be someone who thrives under a bit of pressure.
