      Good company to work for and learn the trade. Good tool allowance scheme.

      Cons

      Their health and safety practices are sometimes lacking. I literally seen somene extracting drake dust that pumped it straight out of the roof vent of the workshop

      excellent team, great people, made friends for life.

      poor salary. hassle from directors who were just concerned about sales and not driving cash collection
