Pros

Honestly nothing. Find another place to work.

Cons

Everything. I watched the org growing multifold . They emphasis so much on culture and the culture is absolute toxic. They want to be a start up and behave like a big org. Targets change every quarter. They really have no clue with what they are doing and they will also screw you over even if you are loyal to them for over 5 years. The company moral is down the ground. Everyone at the leadership think they are the next best thing to happen after a slice of bread. They will say we will hear you and Please share your opinions but they will punish you for it. It’s just a retinal circus coz they don’t care about your views and there is so much arrogance. They don’t look out for loyal employees growth but will keep hiring from the outside. The founders very conveniently hide behind excuses when it comes to real questions. The product is crap and it hurts customers and no one has any clue how to fix it.

Pros

Hevo Data has a positive and welcoming work culture. The team is approachable, and people are always willing to help if you reach out or ask questions. There’s a strong sense of openness and collaboration. The onboarding experience is well-structured, it gives a good overview of the company, product, and leadership, which helps you feel connected early on. The benefits are also good, and the office perks stand out, especially the pantry and the quality of lunch provided. And the people are pretty fun as well.

Cons

While the overall onboarding is good, the role-specific training could be more structured. There is a lot of support available if you ask questions, but a clearer training framework around day-to-day responsibilities would make the transition into the role smoother.
