Pros
Great colleagues and middle-management, where the employee is still seen as a person. Easy-going atmosphere and while at times demanding, never overstraining the employees. Lots of free-time activities (optional, but always paid for in full by the company).
Cons
Direction of top-leadership sometimes very unclear and confusing with a poor transparency of information. Dynamic and atmosphere in the company has been changing immensely over the last few years, not always for the better. Limited possibilities to develop a serious career, which is mainly due to the company's size. However, males are generally more likely to be promoted into management positions than women.
