Pros

Not really any positives to talk about

Cons

Poor communication culture, everything is done in secret. Focus is on EBITDA and selling the business on. A few scandals happened that the senior team sleepwalked into yet were rewarded with large pay offs post investigation. Minimal benefits, poor hygiene factors and working conditions. Zero accountability

Pros

I have been working at Hesley Group and could not be happier with my experience. The friendly culture here is unmatched; from day one, leadership and colleagues have been welcoming, making it an absolute pleasure to come to work. We truly work as one team, collaborating seamlessly across departments to achieve our goals. Management fosters a great environment that encourages open communication, innovation, and mutual respect. Furthermore, there are good career prospects, with clear opportunities for professional development and advancement. I highly recommend Hesley Group to anyone looking to grow their career in a positive, collaborative setting.

Cons

There can be a high volume of work at times, which may feel demanding during busy period. However, if you are well organised and able to prioritise effectively, the workload is manageable and provides opportunities to develop strong time-management skills.
