Pros
This is my first time working in a non-IT office setting, and it has been a good experience so far. Hours are good and workload is manageable without feeling overwhelming, while still feeling like I'm doing my job. The work goes at a good pace and is exactly what I needed to keep myself and my mind active, I'm impressed with the QoE and the general satisfaction of my co workers in their work as well. People really like working here and I'm learning why as the days go by.
Cons
Few cons so far if at all, if I had to list one, it would be that the main office is downtown and the traffic on my commute home is a little bit hectic but not too bad. Not much the company can do about it really.
