      Pros

      LOVE working for this company. The negative reviews make me laugh because the patient care is always put first. There are some amazing doctors that work for the company and every single one that I've talked to actually cares.

      Cons

      The vacation time and benefits could be a little bit better but they're what we should expect from a company this size.

      Everyone from the CEO to the receptionist is down to earth and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Can't think of any. Everyone works hard and management rewards it.

      Pros

      Used to be great. Heard CEO is leaving could be good thing. Hard to get fired from.

      Cons

      Used to care about patients. Since owner sold more and more pressure to over do it. Becoming Small Smiles all over with friendly teribly bad dentists used to be great.
