Hero is one of the few companies around that actually finds a perfect balance of fitting the job to the individual whilst equipping the individual to fit his job. This perfect symbiosis sets up employees to succeed in their goals. I have been working with Hero for the past 5 years, and I still have the flair, passion and enthusiasm as if yesterday was my first day at work. Would recommend blindly. I have always been recognised fairly and grown within the structures of the company when it was due.
