1. A good and well known brand 2.New Products and R&D are good; both are striving to get new products suitable for market 3. The old timer HOD's are good and disciplined and have sound logical thinking which is owing to their association with founder 4. Products are good and easy to use, as a cyclist their MTB's are sound investment
Cons
1. Worse CFO & CHRO, both are here owing to gods grace, have extremely limited work knowledge, are only interested in manipulating promoters and probably cooking books of accounts. 2. The Forensic auditor rules the show, has limited knowledge and wants to present his work to management in glorified manner. 3. FRAUDS are rampant in Purchase, Inventory stealing and mis management are extremely common 4. The old timers are being sidelined or being asked to leave which creates a dent of knowledge
