      Great pay structure. Individual hourly rate plus commission on all items (excluding some popular handbags). Great benefits: vacation time, 401k, etc Great discount. Interesting clients.

      Limits on products you can sell. Very competitive sales team.

      Managers will not help you, you are left to figure out things on your own. You’re expected to know or read their minds. Terrible work life balance. Managers don’t respect your time. Truly the worst I’ve ever been treated
