      Many creative people around to learn from as well as being surrounded by beautiful things all the time - very interesting work at times.

      Cons

      Not very good management, personnel is stretched very thin. People are expected to know what to do with out any on-boarding.

      Cons

      Managers will not help you, you are left to figure out things on your own. You’re expected to know or read their minds. Terrible work life balance. Managers don’t respect your time. Truly the worst I’ve ever been treated
