Best place to work on island as other island departments demand long hours
Management was good (although left at end of 2021)
Was told was a record breaking year and was a well run business, I would work there again.

Stock was hard to get due to covid
Guest can be a little rude
Lots of bad seasonal staff in 2021 - with many let go or given work in housekeeping (this was due to poor numbers of good applicants)
Nice little island. Nice place to get away. An easy job to learn.

Very disappointing. I worked in the gift shop. Any other shop on the mainland would have gone bust if run so poorly. A very cliquey place. Not all bad, although the stock in the shop could be more appropriate for what customers need.
