Jorsek is a great place to work for those looking for a small close knit environment. Our team works in an environment is that is relaxed but still high performance. It's definitely an environment for people who love creating things and want to work with people that also take pride in their work. Everyone's opinion is valued, we work hard to keep flat social structural so everyone feels able to give their opinion. Other more basic stuff: Good health care, no official office hours, located downtown in Village Gate (super cool neighborhood).
Cons
Highly specialized market, being interested in structured content management is a big plus. Management is pretty hands off, the environment favors self-starters, this can be a bit of an adjustment for people coming out of a big corporation.
