No major changes to speak of

There's a rotation schedule 14 days on and 14 days off so on your time off the quality of the time off is really nice if you don't mind being away for the other 14. Over half of the time you work is OT. If you want to make a little more just stay out on the rig a little longer. Good start to getting your foot in the door offshore.

If you don't like manual labor or working outdoors you won't like it. Lacking in training and development for rig personnel. No travel per diem so what you spend on driving out to the dock is out of pocket.
