      There is a lot to learn which can be intimidating to some and a lot of territory to cover but as long as you're able to have good time management and aren't afraid of learning the intricate details of the equipment you provide to customers - you're golden!

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
