      Loved my experience with the Columbus team. Great group of guys who I consider more than just co-workers. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to start my career out of college.

      As a part of the sales team, you need to be motivated. It’s not for everyone.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
