      There aren't any positive things that come to mind.

      Cons

      Expectations were constantly changing and impossible to meet. The environment is draining, demoralizing, and stifles creativity. This is not a place for candidates seeking growth or opportunities to develop new skills. Leadership shows little interest in collaborating with their teams or supporting career development. It's also just a very boring place to work; this industry is incredibly risk adverse and that translates to their culture.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      There are absolutely no pros to working here

      Cons

      The worst place I’ve ever worked. Management is completely disengaged and cares nothing about making the business run smooth, and sure not about employee satisfaction. The Director is the most condescending person I’ve ever met in my life, and casts a dark shadow over the entire department. Nothing is done about it. Job security? You won’t have that here. It’s like Survivor, every week someone else gets voted off. Avoid this place like the plague
