-The co workers were nice, I felt bad for the ones that were “trapped” -Pay was decent -Full health benefits

If youre over the age of 35, it might be best to avoid applying here. The turnover is high and they are ok with that. The Director of finance(who is also HR, huge red flag) is verbally abusive and a times, a straight up bully. Most people are older and set in their ways, meaning innovation at this “tech” company is quite limited, new ideas are often dismissed. Truly one of the least satisfying companies I’ve worked for yet. -Paid monthly -30 min lunches -“Eggshell” environment
