The benefits are superb. The opportunities to grow are wide open for those who want to work towards this. Lots of promotion from within. I am proof of this. This is like family. I sincerely feel that if I were in an emergency situation I could call ANYONE at Hera and they would come help me. Onward and upward!
Cons
This is a funny one but sometimes I wish we would have a longer lunch time allowed so that it would be more relaxing and easier to leave the building. However, when this is the only thing that comes to mind...it proves the company is solid!
