Yes you will be challenged as the workload is diverse and complex at times, but the support and technical knowledge available across the business is readily available for those willing to ask. You get a real sense of value contributing in a team environment such as this where your efforts (be it engineering or drafting) are making a notable difference to the success of the business. The office shift to slightly longer Monday-Thursdays so that the office can knock off at 1:30pm on a friday has been a majorly positive outcome personally and throughout the office. It is a rewarding feeling and quite refreshing to have the extended weekend time each and every week.

It is fast paced, so if you are of a more timid character I could see where you might struggle. However, if you are prepared to speak up and seek guidance and demonstrate an ability to learn and apply to future tasks, you can learn to get up to speed with this team
