Pros
Wage lands in your bank each month. That’s about the only thing they manage to get right. A few decent people dotted about, trying to do a proper job, but they’re fighting a losing battle.
Cons
Company’s got no morals. Full of blaggers and chancers, all smoke and mirrors. Clients are fed a load of nonsense just to get cash out of them, and once they’ve signed, they’re basically ignored or milked for added extras by the sales team. Senior leadership don’t care how it’s done, as long as targets are hit. If you’ve got a conscience, this place will grind you down fast. If you raise anything, you’re either brushed off or branded “not a team player.”
