Pros
Great company to work for. My supervisor is fantastic. I enjoy my coworkers and have a great support system. Company benefits are great and all around a pleasure to work for. I look forward to moving up in the company.
Cons
At times there are many changes and hard to keep track of all the updates. I feel slightly insecure in my position as the company has vowed to my huge payroll cuts and fear for my position. Recently an entire department was laid off and I'm worried my department could be next.
