Pros
The company(Canada branch) is on track for a big change with a new president who has an open-minded vision and culture. It is a great employer, especially for the NOTL region.
Cons
There are too many older people working for this company, with some having been there for 40 years. They are generally not very flexible and can be toxic. While not all of the baby boomers are like this, the majority are pretty hard to work with.
